The "Heroes vs. Villains": Marvel RPG has, as of January 2009, been rebooted after seven Seasons of role-playing and writing. This was because of the result of confusing and conflicting continuity within and throughout the seven Season old RPG.

The "cut-off" point from the Mainstream Marvel 616 universe for this RPG is now post-House of M, post-Disassembled, but pre-Civil War era.
